Events & Fundraising

In addition to our regular group sessions, we also arrange and coordinate fund raising events, some of which encourage attendance on a large scale.

National Dementia Action Week 16th – 22nd May 2022

Like many other charities, we had fundraising events planned in recent months, and in the months ahead, which we have sadly had to cancel/postpone. Under current government restrictions, fundraising events which involve people attending an event venue would not be allowed.

Going forward, depending on the Government guidelines at the time, we will review each event on a case by case basis, considering all the relevant circumstances, as to whether to go ahead or cancel/postpone. Please make sure you are up to date with the status of all our events by visiting our ‘Activities’ page. When we reach decisions regarding our events, we will communicate via our website our contingencies, regulations and provide appropriate information and communications to our participants/volunteers/attendees.

We will keep you updated once we are able to plan more, but in the meantime, from all of us at ROMDAG, thank you for all your ongoing support, and please…
